Las Vegas Arts District BID Management Plan
Developed in accordance with NRS 271, the District Management Plan establishes the proposed framework for the BID, including its objectives, services, budget, assessment rates, governance and operating structure.
Las Vegas Arts District BID Engineer’s Report
As required by Chapter 271 of the Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS 271), an Engineer’s Report has been prepared for the proposed BID to establish the assessment methodology, identify the properties to be assessed, and demonstrate that the assessments are proportional to the benefits received by each assessable parcel.
